Discount Hotel Card and Book*
The discount hotel card and book program includes a listing of participating properties that will extend a 50% discount off the standard, non-discounted rack rate to program cardholders. A book and card is included in your membership materials.
Cardholder Reservation and Check in Procedure
- When placing a reservation or checking in, members must produce cardholder identification or the discount will not apply.
- Cardholders receive 50% off the standard, non-discounted rack rate.
- Reservations are on a space available basis. Reservations will be accepted until the hotel projects 85% occupancy for the date(s) requested.
- Reservations are recommended and may be made as far in advance as you wish for a majority of the hotels. Some hotels will limit how far in advance they will accept reservations for the discount program – these will be noted in your discount hotel book.
- Reservations must be placed directly with the hotel (use only hotel telephone numbers published in the directory). The applicable discount is for one room per card.
- The card must be presented at check-in.
- The card is for identification purposes only. It is not a credit card.
How to Use
- To receive your hotel book, simply fill out this form. Please include a $5.95 processing fee (retail price $99.00).
